The volunteer job with a flexible schedule! Help coordinators with on-site preparations.

Benefits of volunteering include fine camaraderie, reduced entry fee and friendly good-fellowship at our wholesome volunteer kitchen

 

                      Volunteer Kitchen  

Earn one meal voucher for a six hours volunteer work. The kitchen will be providing lunch for all volunteers at our pre-faire work parties.

 

                     Post Faire Clean-up

Volunteers are needed for this event, you're encouraged to stay to Monday, only if your a part of site clean-up.

Fair Volunteers                       

1, Volunteers Pay Full Entry Fee

2, Check-In at the Volunteer Bus. A sign up sheet will be available with available tasks and choices of time slots

3, Sign Up for a volunteer position. You'll be assigned a coordinator, a location and time slot for your commitment.

4, Fulfill your volunteer commitment, to the satisfaction of your coordinator and your coordinator will sign your reimbursement card.

5, Present your signed reimbursement card along with your paid entry ticket at the Faire Office.

 

 Reimbursements for Service  

One $40 Camping Pass + 2hrs volunteered

$20 Reimbursement

One $50 Vending Pass + 2hrs volunteered

$20 Reimbursement 

One $100 Vender Pass + 8hrs volunteered

$80 Reimbursement

One $100 Food Vender Pass + 8 hrs volunteered

$80 Reimbursement

Reimbursements are issued only at the Faire Office (located at the Gate House).

The Faire is performed by our dedicated corps of volunteers, from Faire planning to assisting with event duties,

We are a family of like minded people with a spirit of friendly good-fellowship
