Single Space- $50

Camping Passes

 

  Single Vendor

    One 12 foot Space includes a weekend camping pass for one adult only.

 

  Double Vendor

 One 24 foot Space includes camping passes for two adults

 

All other adults traveling with vendors must acquire a $40 weekend camping pass.

Remember you must obtain  Temporary Food Service Permits from the Okanogan County Health Dept

  

  Pay particular attention to the type of foods allowed.     The Health Dept will be on site to inspect each food vendor.

  

    Application for Permit

 The $85 permit fee doubles if you don't get it 14 days before the event.

  

 A Food Service Permit will not be Issued at the Faire

Boundaries

The spaces are generally 20'  deep, depending on the location.

Your booth, vehicles, tent,  and camping space must all fit within the chalked boundaries of your space. 

 Explain your needs at the gate or to our vendor coordinator prior to entry

Vendors Entry

Gates open Thursday @ noon. Expect a long line of vehicles waiting to enter the Fair. Vendor spaces are on first come first serve basis, ( except for some charter member spaces, earned through extensive volunteer service).  

 

Please, Shut Off Your Vehicle

as Often as Possible

 

If you have automotive over- heating, week battery or starter problems, Please repair them before arriving

  

Dress warm and expect colder weather found at higher elevations

Don't leave it behind

 

Plan for your own garbage collection containers and disposal.

 

Be clean!

Know that your site is as clean as when you arrived, it feels good!

 

 

Restricted Vender Items

No Glow Sticks

No Plastic Pellets

  

Glow stick type products have toxic fluids that leak out and leach into our earth.

 

Plastic pellets get left behind and are difficult to collect. They become litter that leach into our earth.

 

Please, respect our land and each other by not selling or using these items at the Faire

No Alcoholic Beverages

  

No open containers

If we see it, you will be asked to leave our grounds

 

If you are intoxicated to the point that it negatively impacts others, you will be asked to leave once you have sobered up enough to safely do so.

 

No Dogs

Only Documented Service Animals (Guide Dogs) can be on site. All others will be turned away with their owners

No illegal Drugs

 

All federal, state and local laws are in effect

 

No Open Display

of Paraphernalia

 

This includes any object designed or intended for use of any controlled substance
