Please Respect Our Neighbors

If you think you will arrive before or after gate hours, plan to camp somewhere along your way. You will not be permitted to come up the road or onto any part of the Faire grounds, including the Day Parking lot. We ask you to respect our neighbors and town by not camping in unauthorized places.

CAMPING

No Dogs, No Dogs, No Dogs!!!

Anyone attempting to bring a dog will be turned away at the gate. Dogs found on site will be contained and the pet -guardian will be removed from the property by security and Faire pass voided.

Documented Service Animals (Guide Dogs) are the only exception.

PowerGenerators

Large motor homes will be directed to the "Motorhome Camp" north of the Day Parking lot. If you are running a generator in your camp mobile, please request this area.

No Unaccompanied Minors

If you are under 18 we can't let you in without a parent or legal guardian. Be prepared to show identification at the gate.

No Drugs or Alcohol

We still don't allow drugs or alcohol at the Faire.  No displays of paraphernalia, open alcohol containers or illegal drugs. If we see it, you will be asked to leave our grounds. If you are intoxicated to the point that it negatively impacts others you will be asked to leave once you have sobered up enough to safely do so.

All Local and Federal Law Must be Enforced

Plan Ahead - No Cell Service

If the site fills, the gate will be closed whatever the day or hour. Know this is a possibility when planning rides home with people who arrive after you.  Remember cell phones don't work here.

If you leave the faire, you'll have to pay full price to get back in. This should substantially reduce traffic. Buy all your necessary supplies and make that phone call before you loose service.

Primitive Camping

Camping at the Faire is primitive in that drinking water is scarce and potable water may not be close to your camp. So bring your own water.

Restrooms (Port-a-Potties) are located all around the faire and in camping areas, with some of the larger sets having hand washing stations.

Each camping pass includes enough space for your vehicle, a tent and ample camping space. Sites do not include fire pits or tables.

Prepare for cold frosty nights and bring warm gear. The Faire is located in the highlands and is cooler than Tonasket. It is disrespectful to neighbors to run your automobile to create heat.

Pack it Out

Please respect our treasured Barter Faire site.  We have no public garbage service at the Faire.

Do not leave or bury your waist, take your trash with you when you go. Your site is your responsibility, please enjoy it and clean it when you leave so others may do the same.

Help Us Steward

No Glow Stick Type Products

Glow stick products have toxic fluids that leak out and leach into the earth.

No Plastic Pellets/Guns.

Plastic pellets get left behind and are difficult to collect. They become litter and leach into our earth. Respect our land and one another by not selling or using these items at the Faire.
