The Faire is performed by our dedicated corps of volunteers, from Faire planning to assisting with event duties. We are a family of like minded people with a spirit of friendly good-fellowship. Benefits include improved camaraderie, reduced camping-vending passes & wholesome meals from our Volunteer Kitchen.

Pre-Fair Work Parties

The volunteer job with

 a flexible schedule! 

Show-Up at Barter Site with your gloved gloves

ready to help coordinators

 with on-site preparations.

   

Our kitchen will provide lunch for volunteers at the pre-faire work parties.

Volunteer with a Spirit of Friendly Good-Fellowship

 

How to Volunteer at the Faire

  

1, Volunteers Pay Full Entry Fee

 

2, Check-In at the Volunteer Bus  A sign up sheet will be available with available tasks and choices of time slots.

 

3, Sign Up for a volunteer position   You'll be assigned a coordinator, a location and time slot for your commitment.

 

4, Fulfill your volunteer commitment   to the satisfaction of your coordinator and your coordinator will sign your reimbursement card.

 

5, Present your signed reimbursement card along with your paid entry ticket at the Faire Office.

 

Reimbursements for Service

Reimbursements are issued only at the Faire Office (located at the Gate House). 

 

Monday is Faire Clean-up Day

Post Faire Clean-up / No vending

Volunteers are needed for clean-up. You are encouraged to stay Monday, only if you become a part of on-site clean-up crew.
