Benefits of Volunteering

 

 Fine camaraderie, reduced entry fee, and wholesome meals form our Volunteer Kitchen. Earn one meal voucher for six hours of volunteer work.

  

Pre-Fair Work Parties

 

 The volunteer job with a flexible schedule!  Show-Up at Barter Site with your gloves ready to help coordinators with on-site preparations. Our kitchen will provide lunch for volunteers at the pre-faire work parties.

How to Volunteer at the Faire

     

1-Volunteers

 Pay Full Entry Fee

  

2-Sign Up

 A sign up sheet will be available at the Volunteer Bus with available tasks and time slots.

 

3-Check-In

 You'll be assigned a coordinator, a location and time slot for your volunteer  commitment.

 

4-Fulfillment

 Fulfill your volunteer service to the satisfaction of the coordinator and  they will sign your reimbursement card.

 

5-Reimbursement

  Present your signed reimbursement card along with your paid entry ticket at the Faire Office. All reimbursements are issued only at the Faire Office, located at the circle Gate House. 

  

Camping - $30

Vending - $40

(includes Food vending)

 

Receive a meal after 6 hours of volunteer service and a t-shirt after 16 hours (not including hours traded for partial entry).

   

Monday - Post Faire Clean-up / No vending.

 Volunteers are needed for post Faire Clean-up Day. You are encouraged to stay through Monday, only if you become a part of our on-site clean-up crew.

Volunteer with a Spirit of Friendly Good-Fellowship.

 The Faire is performed by dedicated volunteers from Faire planning to assisting with event duties. We are a family of like minded people with a spirit of friendly good-fellowship. Benefits include improved camaraderie, reduced camping-vending passes & wholesome meals from our volunteer kitchen.
