Food Vendors - Go Here

Vendor Planning

 No Generators

The use of a generator to supply electricity is not permitted in the Barter Circle, nor do we have any available power on location. Bring a good supply of ice to keep your food cold.

Ice will be available on location and for sale as needed throughout the weekend.

 Shut Off Your Vehicle

Dress warm and expect colder weather found at higher elevations.

If you have automotive problems like  over-heating, week battery, poor tires or starting issues, please repair them before you leave home. The road to the Barter Site is a steep dirt grade with few turn-outs. A dead vehicle creates problems for all incoming and outgoing traffic.

 Styrofoam is Discouraged

We strongly discourage vendors using Styrofoam products. Starting in 2010, Styrofoam products will not be allowed for food distribution. Please see our recycle page for alternative ideas

 Respect Our Neighbors

If you think you will arrive before or after gate hours, plan to camp somewhere along your way. You will not be permitted to come up the road or onto any part of the Faire property, including the day parking lot. Please respect our neighbors and town by not camping in unauthorized places.

Arrangements have been approved for early camping at the Tonasket Rodeo Grounds

General Vendor Space

Entry is First Come, First Serve

Gate opens on Thursday at 8am for set-up. Expect a long line of vehicles waiting to enter the Fair. We don't reserve vendor locations (save for some charter member have reserved spaces, earned through extensive volunteer service).

 No Pre-Approval Process

Vendors simply show up and enter the Barter Circle in the order they arrive, then choose an available location for set-up.

Single Space - One 12 foot Space includes a weekend camping pass for one adult only.

Double Space - One 24 foot Space includes camping passes for two adults.

 No Generators

The use of a generator to supply electricity is not permitted in the Barter Circle.

 Boundaries

The spaces are generally 20' deep, depending on the location.

Your booth, vehicles, tent, and camp must all fit within the chalked boundaries of your space.
